RealVisions’ Arts Learning Team helps clients transform schools through arts integration.  By providing schools with arts integration administrative direction, professional development training, as well as administrative and teaching tools and resources, the Team assists clients in transforming teacher practice, student learning and the school’s culture in order to

• Help all students maximize their potential
• Empower teachers to creatively and effectively practice their craft
• Support administration in meeting school improvement goals
• Encourage parents to participate in the learning experiences of their children and the dynamic transformation of their school
• Build effective partnerships with community organizations that have a stake in successful school reform.

Through a uniquely designed Arts Learning Team process and Arts Learning Team residency, the Arts Learning Team leads schools’ constituents through a series of discussions, encounters, and arts and educational activities designed to assess needs, articulate strengths, evaluate potential, and envision the future of a school culture built on optimized student achievement through the arts.
