The Woodruff Arts Center recently engaged RealVisions
to evaluate a new teaching artist training program, which is a
collaborative project among the four divisions of the center.
Working with the professional and capable RealVisions team has
been a pleasant and productive experience. Their evaluators
have a keen sense of observation, and that is definitely
reflected in their evaluation reports. These reports are
complete and thorough documents that have proven to be most
beneficial as we consider future iterations of the program.
Their insightful interpretation of the program and thoughtful
recommendations are a valuable resource that has become a
favorite desk reference among our staff.

I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with RealVisions and
Dr. Linda Whitesitt in the evaluation of our USDE AEMDD Grant. They
were knowledgeable, professional, visionary, insightful, accurate, as
well as detail oriented. They have a deep understanding of the arts
and the challenges they present in the measurement of achievement.
The RealVisions consultants came into our school system unobtrusively
and listened to our needs. They steadfastly worked with us as team
players and supported our efforts to accurately evaluate our progress.
I was amazed at their ability to observe, analyze, and synthesize
information. Because I was able to trust the evaluation piece to
RealVisions, I had the freedom to focus my attention on the
implementation of the grant.

I was privileged to engage RealVisions for a variety of studies during my tenure as Executive Director of AEMS: Arts Education in Maryland Schools Alliance. In each instance, I found their work to be consistently thoughtful and thorough. Their well-written reports contained information reflective of study findings, and remained dynamic for continued use.
The work of Dr. Bennett Lentczner and Dr. Linda Whitesitt is
characterized by great integrity and sensitivity. Their methodologies
are contemporary, interesting, and designed to have the utmost
relevance for client needs. I highly recommend the consulting firm of
RealVisions!

The Community College of Baltimore County (Maryland)
During my tenure as chancellor of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts I utilized the expertise of RealVisions on several occasions. RealVisions provided the necessary research, comparative analysis, recommendations and plans to improve student diversity on campus and to examine the potential of creating a satellite campus. I was delighted with the professionalism, political sensitivity and strategic recommendations they offered. UNCSA became a better institution, more inclusive and diverse, as well as more strategic and effective given the consultation and guidance they provided.
Dr. Bennett Lentczner is a seasoned arts administrator who understands
the unique challenges and opportunities in the visual and performing
arts as well as in arts education. His breadth of knowledge along
with his innate skill to uncover the critical issues in the assignment
was invaluable. His interactions were equally effective with faculty,
staff, students, board members and community leaders. I trusted his
instincts and relied on his experience in the arts to maximize our
effectiveness.

I had the privilege of working with Dr. Bennett Lentczner, Dr. Linda
Whitesitt and the RealVisions staff and I can say without reservation
they are a "triple threat." They are experienced and knowledgeable
arts educators, thorough and reliable researchers, and dynamic and
inspiring leaders. It was the leadership, wisdom and expertise of the
RealVisions staff that brought our organization back from the brink of
bankruptcy, and restored it to a stable, viable, relevant
organization. Engaging the expertise of RealVisions is assuring the
success of your organization.

executive director Orange County School of the Arts Santa Ana, CA
It has been a pleasure working with Dr. Bennett Lentczner and RealVisions. They are thorough evaluators and have provided our organization with data that enhanced our knowledge and skills. We have utilized their services several times over the past 5 years in evaluating the effectiveness of arts programs throughout the state. Each time we used them as our evaluators, we were impressed with their ability to gather and interpret data and to provide meaningful feedback. We used this feedback to expand and improve the many programs that AEMS Alliance offers.
Both Bennett and Linda Whitesitt, his partner, are very well versed in evaluating the arts, evidenced by how they structure staff surveys. They not only analyze testing data, but examine the impact of teaching through the arts on the teachers’ perception of effective teaching strategies. The design of their evaluation really drills down to student and teacher performance.
In summation, RealVisions does outstanding work. They are
a small company that delivers on their promises. I am
consistently impressed by their attention to detail and
personalized service. I will consider them again to
evaluate our future endeavors. It is wonderful to know
that there is a company that gives honest and targeted
feedback that leads to program success. It is without
reservation that I would recommend their services.
