Instrument Questions

Although the exact nature and focus of survey, interview and focus group questions are determined in consultation with the client and framed by the program’s logic model, inquiry centers on the change the program has precipitated in all constituents, the impact of that change, and how the constituents and the institution or organization are changing because of participating in the change process.  Questions attempt to identify what has worked for all of the constituents in a client’s program and ask what has inspired the transformation.  In addition, questions also prompt clients to reflect on the greater meaning of their project and how their program might be replicated and disseminated.
