RealVisions presents a final report to you at the conclusion of every project.  While the demands of your program and program logic model determine the actual structure of the final report, the outline that follows is typical of our report content.

Depending on the length of your project, you may choose to have RealVisions issue an interim project evaluation report.

RealVisions’ end-of-evaluation reports also include a PowerPoint presentation summarizing your project logic model, activities and outcomes as well as RealVisions’ recommendations.  This assists you in effectively communicating the results of your project to stakeholders and other agencies.
