After formulating an extensive logic model, RealVisions consultants proceed to develop, implement and analyze data sources.  At the conclusion of the evaluation period, RealVisions issues a final report in which your project is described and its impact explained according to all of the elements in the program logic model.  In addition, RealVisions consultants can prepare recommendations for program adjustment and create a PowerPoint presentation to effectively communicate a summary of the evaluation to program stakeholders.

Clients may choose to embed RealVisions’ evaluation into the fabric of the program implementation wherein RealVisions consultants take an active role in refining and redirecting program activities based on the results of data analysis and periodic process evaluations.   On the other hand, clients may desire to keep consultants separate from the actual program implementation while using RealVisions final evaluation to retool the continued course of their program.
